Forearm & Wrist Exerciser – Climbing Hold Training Fingerboard


Simple, cheap and very effective device which can be used for Training, Recovery and Tendonitis (Golfers & Tennis Elbow) Treatment.

* For Training and Recovery – Twist the bar and raise the weighted string. Very effective at developing strong and stable wrist strength.

* For Tendonitis Treatment – Slowly lower the weight. Rotate inwards for inside elbow (Golfers) treatment or Rotate outwards for outside elbow (Tennis) treatment. An average starting weight is 0.5-1.0Kg then adjust the weight as you progress.
