Covid-19 – We are currently operating as normal and aim to dispatch your order within 3 – 5 working days from the date of purchase.
Our normal method of delivery for UK mainland is Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. Larger items and orders we use either Parcelforce 48 or Myhermes tracked and signed for.
This is due to the weight of the product and our desire to keep shipping charges free.
If you would prefer a different method of delivery then please feel free to contact us to discuss the options available and the associated costs.
You can of course always collect in person by prior arrangement.
As the costs for international shipping vary please contact us to discuss the options available and the associated costs. Please tell us the exact item(s) you wish to purchase and the address you require them to be delivered to.
For orders shipped outside of the UK any import duties or local taxes are the customers responsibility. Should a customer refuse delivery of their order, any return shipping costs incurred will be charged to the customer.
All return and exchange requests must be made within 15 days from date of purchase.
All returned items must be in “like new” and “unused” condition.
For items returned due to incorrect or missing address information as provided by the customer at check out, original postage charges are non-refundable and charges to re-ship items will apply.

Damaged / Tampered Goods
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item, or if your shipment arrived damaged or tampered with in any way, please contact us immediately.
We require you to include pictures of the damage to the product and / or packaging, and any other relevant details. We will investigate and deal with the issue as soon as we can.
We will not be able to accept complaints about items damaged during the delivery after 2 weeks of the delivery date.
